We have spent our lifetimes falling every day more in love with the country. Each region has a narrative – one which is expressed in the buildings, literature, in the fields, on the plate, and in the glass. The concept of terroir - the expression of the land – is well known in wine. We think it is just as valid when talking about people, and their food.

There is a particular delight in pairing a wine with a dish from the same place – it feels as though they are pages from the same story.
